The truck itself is festive and attractive and the set-up allowed our party of 50+ to eat their fill with ease. The service and the food was AMAZING. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Matt even made freshly fried churros with chocolate sauce which pleased everyone! I would highly recommend Delish for a large event. “We were left with an urgent situation when the week of our rehearsal dinner our caterer had to cancel due to tragic circumstances. I searched and found Delish Mobile Cuisine and immediately called to see if they were available. Kenzi and Matt were able to work around their already busy schedule and fit us in!!! Not only did they come to our rescue but they were able to duplicate almost every item from our prior menu! The set up, preparation and presentation were perfect. They also are the nicest people you could ever meet. Truly rescued us from an awful situation. They made a variety of delicious pizzas and cooked them in pizza ovens along with salads, spinach and artichoke dip and a wonderful charcuterie board. They also added a mini dessert display of lemon bars and cakes and mini cheesecakes and brownies. Everyone commented on how fun the evening was and kept raving about the food. Thank you again!!
